Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated intern to support the modernisation of our End User Computing (EUC) environment through AI and automation initiatives. The intern will work closely with the IT team to analyse workplace support processes, identify automation opportunities, and prototype solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role provides hands‑on exposure to digital workplace technologies, endpoint management, workflow automation and practical AI applications within enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities EUC Environment Review & Process Analysis- Analyze the current EUC environment and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Document existing EUC procedures, SOPs, and support processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and recurring issues.
- Assist in collecting feedback and basic support metrics.
