Overview

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast‑growing international organization operating in dynamic, highly seasonal industries such as sports, apparel and performance gear. We are looking for a strategic, analytical and transformational EU Operations Director to lead end‑to‑end operational performance across Europe.

This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for managing the full product flow across EMEA — from vendor pickup to final customer delivery — ensuring service excellence, cost control and continuous improvement across all logistics processes.
