To manage and control project documentation in compliance with Etisalat and company procedures ensuring accurate records easy retrieval and secure storage of all documents.

• Manage the receipt distribution and tracking of all project-related documents for Etisalat telecom projects.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, drawings and approvals.
• Ensure proper filing (soft & hard copies) of all Etisalat project documents for easy retrieval.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Etisalat or internal departments.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors for timely submission of required documents.
