Ethics & Whistleblowing Compliance Specialist

Worley is looking for a compliance professional in Colombia to enhance its Speak Up programme focused on ethics hotline cases and reporting.

You will assist in managing reports, liaising with investigators, and producing management information reports. A strong background in ethics compliance, along with bilingual skills in Spanish and English, is essential. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively influence and educate across all levels.
