Ethics Officer Mr Price Group

We are seeking a principled and analytically driven Ethics Officer to support the Group Compliance & Ethics Officer in fostering and embedding a strong culture of ethics and integrity within the Mr Price Group. This role is central to driving ethical practices and ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct across the organisation, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders on ethics matters.

Responsibilities

Ethics Management

• Drive adherence to the Code of Conduct and allapplicable supplementary policies within the group.
• Liaisewith and have oversight of the conflictsof interest system with external provider and provide accurate and timelyreports as required.
• Address non-compliance with the Code of Conduct,including supporting minor forensic investigations to resolve issueseffectively.
