Established ICI general contractor seeking an Estimator with direct experience pricing new steel construction builds, including pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel projects.
Responsibilities include reviewing steel drawings and specs, preparing quantity take-offs, coordinating with PEMB suppliers and fabricators, leveling trade pricing, identifying scope gaps, and supporting tender closings. Strong understanding of steel systems, procurement timelines, and foundations tied to steel packages is essential.
Ideal candidate has 3–8 years of ICI estimating experience, strong Excel skills, and is detail-oriented and commercially aware.
