Estimator - Small Works Projects - Canada

As a key member reporting to the Operations Team Lead, the Estimator is responsible for producing detailed cost estimates for various Integrated Facilities projects. Close collaboration with Trade-specific leads ensures that estimates are precise, reflecting actual project costs and avoiding financial pitfalls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate scope definition
• Create detailed Mechanical Small Works quotes
• Validate estimates, including all indirect costs
• Assist in developing pricing strategies with partners
• Perform job cost analysis to ensure continuous improvement
