Estimator Role in Collaborative Municipal Projects

Chandos is looking for an Estimator experienced in municipal infrastructure to join our team. Focus on delivering value and cost certainty through collaborative approaches and stakeholder engagement.
This Estimator position is central to our Civil team’s success. You will prepare and manage full-cost estimates while leading workshops that promote transparency among various stakeholders. Your insights will help inform bid strategies, align project costs, and ensure that operations teams are well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relevant unit costs and contingencies
• Track and analyze estimated versus actual project costs
• Solicit competitive bids and perform value engineering
• Provide constructability advice pre-construction
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants and subtrades
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in estimating, 4 in construction management
