This is a key position responsible for delivering accurate cost planning, managing tender processes, and working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Take financial lead during the pre-contract stage of construction projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates including subcontractors, materials, labour, plant, and utilities
Analyse drawings, specifications, and construction documents to produce accurate pricing
