Our client, a growing General Contractor, is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Perth, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to further develop their estimating career while working on a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects throughout Eastern Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contract requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Solicit, review, and analyze quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist with bid preparation, tender submissions, and proposal development.
