Role Summary In this vital position, you will be the link between our creative vision and financial reality. You will serve as the primary specialist for evaluating and forecasting the project costs of bespoke builds, ensuring that every design is both feasible and profitable.
Core Responsibilities
- Cost Forecasting & Analysis : Construct comprehensive project estimates from initial high-level concepts through to final detailed shop drawings
- Material Strategy : Source and evaluate raw materials, with a primary focus on wood species, engineered wood products, and high-end finishes
