The Estimator prepares Commercial Proposal for bidding tender projects. Coordinate the process of reviewing and interpreting client's enquiries/ITT. Coordinating , validating and assembling the inputs from the supporting departments (Engineering, Procurement, Marine Operations, Fabrication, Planning, Safety, Testing & Commissioning, Hook up and Pre-commissioning, Contract Administration, Legal . Actively participate in the tender process, implement all required actions that lead to a winning position for company
