Estimating and Tendering
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and contract documents.
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor inputs.
