Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Estimator to support our interior fit‑out and construction projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates BOQs tender submissions and assisting with budget control while coordinating with vendors subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Assist in tender and bid preparation including supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Support budgeting and cost control by tracking costs and updating cost sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely procurement and approvals.
• Review drawings and designs to identify discrepancies and suggest cost‑saving solutions.
