Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to support our interior fit-out and construction projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates BOQs tender submissions and assisting with budget control while coordinating with vendors subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials labor and equipment.
• Assist in tender and bid preparation including supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Support budgeting and cost control by tracking costs and updating cost sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and internal teams for timely procurement and approvals.
• Review drawings and designs to identify discrepancies and suggest cost-saving solutions.
