Job Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, the Estimator will handle moderate to complex physical damage appraisals, assess damage, conduct re‑inspections for quality assurance, and provide exceptional customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
- Complete and submit appraisals to the insurance company for approval and negotiate proper repair methods and pricing.
- Submit supplements promptly, providing appraisers with all required photos and documentation.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance appraisers.
