As an Estimator you report to the Chief Estimator and will prepare and submit estimates on behalf of Hall Constructors. This position contributes to the overall organization by bidding on various types of work and handing over successful bids to the project team. This role primarily interacts with the estimating team, Chief Estimator, VP of Estimating, and Project Coordinators with the goal of project pursuit and acquisition. Coordination and communication with the operations staff is key to ensure feedback from ongoing projects and input for creating estimates. Contact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors will also be required and the utmost professionalism is expected during these interactions.
