As an Estimator working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the bid process cycle.
- Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.
- Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.
