- Preparation and Review of Budgets: Carry out the preparation and/or review of budgets, verifying that the procedures, standards and programs for the application of costs have been implemented and applied to comply with the client’s requirements and corresponding quality.
- Registration and control of Man Hours: Ensure that the personnel in charge record the consumption of Man Hours for each deliverable/activity in the Man Hours Registration and Control System established by the company, to monitor project profitability.
