Estimator 1 is the senior estimating role within the Commercial Team. This position is responsible for the full estimating life cycle including complex take-offs, competitive pricing strategies, project coordination, and high‑level customer relationship management. Estimator I works with significant independence, mentors junior estimators, and plays a key role in securing profitable commercial business. The role requires a deep working knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, construction documents, and the wholesale distribution business model including the ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

- Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens ECCO Supply’s commercial relationships.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, suppliers, and ECCO employees.
