Job Summary
The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for fencing and metal fabrication projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, analyzing drawings, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing for bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements for fencing and fabrication projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labor, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical commercial proposals.
- Conduct quantity take‑offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams for accurate costing inputs.
