Overview
The Estimation and Quantity Survey Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, tender submissions and commercial evaluations for construction and EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs for civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and infrastructure works.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and pricing schedules based on project scope and market conditions.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions within specified deadlines.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to improve project competitiveness.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and cost plans.
