Estate Manager

As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department, you will facilitate homeownership by processing applications for HDB flat purchases, CPF housing grants, and housing loans, while delivering quality guidance and customer service to applicants and residents.

Your main duties include administering and reviewing processes to support operational efficiency, drive customer service excellence, as well as facilitate homeownership by processing applications to buy an HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, and provide guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions.

Your responsibilities also include liaising with internal stakeholders to streamline the work processes and procedures; and to enhance existing systems to support the implementation of new/revised policies and digital initiatives.
