About the Role This role is for a 6-suite heritage boutique property in Jaipur, managed by Alt Homes, a hospitality partner focused on curated, high-touch estate experiences. We are not a hotel in the conventional sense. We are an estate with a citrus orchard, a pool, a distinct character, and guests who choose us precisely because we are not a chain. The Estate Host is the most important hire we will make. You will be the single point of continuity i.e. the person guests remember, the person the team looks to, and the person Alt Homes trusts to uphold the standard when no one else is watching.
