**Position Purpose**
Review current Store Development processes and concentrate on planning, implementing and successfully completing site plans. Managing site progress with frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external individuals at different levels of the organization. Project manager communicates with multiple departments to get tasks done, report on progress and drive projects to completion.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Plans, monitors and manages New Store Implementation from initiation through completion
- Review and monitor Store Development Process metrics and KPI to identify deviations that may impact in the Stores Implementation plan
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users, to manage Risks, Issues and Changes
- Analyze business needs and/or KPI and process metrics and translate them into Process Improvements
- Develop and comunicate a weekly Pipeline status report
