Responsibilities
Review current store operation processes and focus on planning, implementing and successfully completing projects. Manage projects with frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external individuals at different levels of the organization. Project manager communicates with multiple departments to get tasks done, report on progress and drive projects to completion.
- Plans, monitors and manages New Store Implementation from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Research and review processes and procedures assuring step by step validation from the different areas impacted in the Stores Implementation.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users, to manage changes.
