Job Description: Description of the role: Responsible for demand creation, B2B, client prospecting, sales of HR services, staffing, RPO. Preparation of proposals, identification of market opportunities in Mexico. Key Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities) Preparation and realization of commercial offers for HR Services, Head Hunting, RPO projects, including portfolio. Identifying new opportunities and approaching new customers in complementary markets such as IT, Engineering and many other sectors for white collar needs. Requirements And Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Commercial or related. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business management or new business development, preferably within HR Services, Software, or IT industries. Languages: Fluent English (Spoken and Written) is a must
