ERP Transformation Lead: Hands-On Oracle & AI

Careem is seeking a hands-on ERP Head to lead the ERP Department, covering Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and Integration streams. The role requires triaging and resolving tickets personally, managing the Oracle vendor relationship, and driving automation initiatives.

You will oversee team management, quarterly planning, and collaboration with Finance, People/HR, IT/InfoSec, and regional units while delivering continuous improvements and upgrades.
