Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT operational support.
- Provide resolution to issues raised by the users.
- Provide maintenance to company-owned IT equipment.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and projects in which you are participating.
- Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
- Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
