ERP System Support Co-op Role

Take an active role in our ERP Training and Hypercare Support Co-op Student position, centered on assisting the deployment of a new ERP system. This opportunity provides hands-on training support and user assistance.
Beginning in July 2026, this co-op role targets students pursuing Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees. You'll collaborate closely with the Applications Training Team to engage users and help maintain smooth operations during the Hypercare phase. Flexibility will be essential, as you may need to support extended hours as the system stabilizes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating and distributing training materials
• Support virtual and in-person training sessions
• Track user engagement and collect feedback
• Assist in maintaining training records
• Provide first-level support following system go-live
