Responsibilities
- Own the customer as the single point of contact, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication
- Act as the main technical point of contact guiding customers to leverage Pipe17 best practices
- Lead multiple implementation projects, including solution design, development, and troubleshooting
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements or product use cases
- Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve problems, engaging engineering when necessary
- Coach and educate customers to improve platform adoption
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to act as the Voice of the Customer
- Create and improve documentation for customers and partners
Requirements
