Overview

Workday Financials Project Manager | Madrid | 12-Month FTC

Location: Madrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite). Contract: 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract. Fluent Spanish and English required. Candidate will support a major organisation by leading the next phase of a large‑scale finance transformation programme. This role focuses on Workday Financials optimisation, localisation, change management, and complex integrations with external and enterprise systems. Hands‑on project leader with a track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, and external partners.
• Manage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Lead change management, business readiness, and user adoption activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
