ERP Program Lead, Manufacturing & Operations

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager for Manufacturing & Operations responsible for supporting a large-scale ERP implementation in a high-tech manufacturing setting. The role involves acting as the main contact between the ERP PMO and production functions, pushing for process improvements and ensuring operational continuity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of ERP implementation experience, a strong background in Manufacturing & Operations, and international matrix organizational experience. This role requires onsite work in Laguna with travel to other locations.
