What will you do ?
- Own end-to-end administration of Odoo ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring system availability, performance, and data integrity.
- Manage system configurations, modules, upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with business and IT standards.
- Ensure ERP and CRM platforms remain current with vendor updates, best practices, and security requirements.
- Act as the primary functional consultant for ERP and CRM systems across business units.
- Conduct business needs assessments, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into optimized system workflows, configurations, and functional specifications.
