About the Company Our client is a growing financial services business based in Sydney, investing in a greenfield Workday implementation as part of a broader uplift in how it manages people data across the organisation.
About the Role Reporting to the strong leader, you'll be the data analyst embedded in the Workday program, consolidating a high volume of HR and payroll systems into a single clean source. You'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and system integrators to make sure data is mapped, validated, and ready for go-live.
