About the role
PixelERP is looking for an ERP Customer Support Executive
to be the first point of contact for our ERP customers. You'll resolve product queries, guide users through ERP modules, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every customer interaction is clear, fast, and helpful. This is a hands-on support role for someone who knows ERP systems and communicates exceptionally well in English.
