Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to ERP implementations, business workflows, and system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities
- Analyze, understand, and document business processes and user requirements
- Provide first-level support to end-users, including basic ERP troubleshooting
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements and improvements
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
