ERP Administrator
Position Purpose: The ERP Admin is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the company’s ERP/PMS system across fleet and shore operations. The role ensures that the system is fully aligned with company processes, maintenance standards, and operational requirements, while supporting users and driving proper system adoption.
Core Job Functions
System Administration & User Support
- Provide first-line support to all ERP/PMS users (onboard and ashore).
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalation to IT when required.
- Ensure continuous system availability and smooth operation.
- Maintain system integrity by correcting errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Act as the central coordination point between users and IT personnel in charge.
