Parts Sales Executive – Morgan Group Ermelo

Morgan Group Ermelo is seeking a Parts Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the gross profit and sales targets as set by the dealership and manufacturer, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly Parts Sales Targets .

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles.

Accurately invoice and process all parts sales.

Use catalogues and electronic systems to determine new parts, replacements, and compatible options.

Identify replacement parts based on inspection of old parts, customer requests, or descriptions of vehicle issues.

Source parts from alternate vendors when not available in-house.

Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.

Maintain up-to-date inventory records and replenish stock when required.
