THE ORGANISATION
This global organisation is seeking an ER Lead to join its progressive and forward-thinking HR team. This is a 12 month contract opportunity, created to backfill an internal promotion, and offers the chance to influence ER strategy within a dynamic and evolving environment.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the EGM of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding effective ER frameworks across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert coaching and guidance to People & Culture team members on complex ER matters, employment policy interpretation, and people management practices.
- Designing and implementing ER toolkits, processes, and procedures to strengthen organisational capability and support consistent, compliant decision-making.
