About the role Rippling's EOR Equity Services is a dedicated program that supports equity-related payroll, tax withholding, and country-specific reporting and filings for EOR employees worldwide. The program covers non-qualified stock options (NSOs) and restricted stock units (RSUs) across supported countries.
We are looking for a EOR Equity Services Program Manager to lead and scale this program. This is not a greenfield build - the program is live, serving customers, and growing. You will own the operational excellence, compliance integrity, and strategic expansion of EOR Equity Services globally. The role combines deep equity compensation and tax expertise with program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client advisory.
