Equity Capital Market (ECM) Director

Aventus are currently recruiting for a Equity Capital Market (ECM) Director for an Investment Bank in Bahrain.

This hire will be to establish the Investment Bank ECM desk from scratch, as well as help recruit and set up the department.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Equity Capital Market strategies to meet clients' financial goals.
2. Manage and expand relationships with institutional clients, investment banks, and corporate clients.
3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
4. Lead deal execution and manage teams in executing complex transactions.
5. Provide strategic advice and support to clients on equity offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and other capital market transactions.
6. Prepare presentations, financial models and other client materials.
