Equipment Package Lead – Thermal Oxidizer & Scrubber

We’re looking for an experienced Equipment Package Lead to take full technical ownership of critical equipment packages—from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and qualification. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with vendors and cross‑functional teams to deliver complex, high‑containment systems.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery of key equipment packages (thermal oxidizers, scrubbers, solvent systems)
- Lead vendor selection, technical evaluation, and procurement activities
- Drive design, fabrication, FAT, installation, and CQV execution
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams
