What you'll do:

• Technical Package Development: Lead development of robust technical packages, including URS, PIDs, functional specifications, and RFP documentation, ensuring alignment with GMP, OEB/OEL containment, CIP/WIP, ATEX, and HAZOP/PHA requirements.
• Vendor Selection & Management: Manage end-to-end RFP and vendor selection process, including bid evaluations, technical assessments, and scope negotiations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards....
