Position Summary
Welding connections, environmental plans and adjustments to pumping equipment following established guidelines and procedures, taking measurements during assembly and filling out the necessary records, with the goal of personal safety and that of coworkers.
Essential Responsibilities- Strictly follow the assembly and welding procedure, verify according to the list of materials provided that each of the components matches the part number and material specified by Engineering. Any discrepancy must be reported to the supervisor.
- Properly fill out the logbook checklist sheet, which will include important data such as # of Casting, Series, Work Order, Type and Welding Code, among others, for the traceability of the equipment.
- Weld/bend/adjust the components in the order described in the procedure, taking care of the integrity of the welder and the parts during the maneuvers.
