Equipment Operator

FLINT is seeking an Equipment Operator with a minimum of 2 years’ industrial experience operating multiple pieces of equipment for a position in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 2 years’ equipment operating experience in O&Gs or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven experience operating:
  • Zoom Boom / Telehandler
  • Skid Steer
  • Carry Deck Crane
  • Small mobile crane (under 2,500 lbs capacity)
• Valid equipment certification.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • H2S Alive
  • Aerial Work Platform
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
  • Fall Protection
  • Standard First Aid
  • WHMIS
