Equipment Technician

The Equipment Technician performs preventive and predictive maintenance to conserve machinery with Overall Equipment Standards, maintains machinery in optimal condition, and calibrates measuring equipment.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to conserve machinery with Overall Equipment Standards.
• Calibrate measuring equipment.
• Provide solutions to abnormality cards.
• Contribute with 5S methodology.
• Implement Kaizen to improve Mean Time Between Failure and Mean Time to Repair.
• Generate list of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Follow up on spare parts purchase orders.
• Maintain ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health) guidelines.
• Provide production line support focused on priorities set by the manufacturing team.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Maintenance, Electronics, or Mechanics.
