Equipment Maintenance Tech II

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers
• Requisition and control of spare parts and material to keep forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers operating in optimal conditions
• Review the daily activities assigned at the start of the shift and report status at the end of the shift to the supervisor
• Control and complete the maintenance work orders assigned
• Document corrective and preventive maintenance work orders in electronic and/or written format based on the maintenance procedures
• Execute the cleaning procedure of the forklift area as applied
• Use of manuals, schematics, engineering drawings and diagrams
• Use of personal protection equipment provided by Medline
• Follow codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
