Equipment Engineer (Epitaxy)

Responsibilities include:

• Understand the performance and characteristics of various Epitaxy Equipment during PM & CM cycles.
• Learn how to analyze the Maestria/Estar system.
• Characterize and optimize key performance behaviors of equipment using analysis tools.
• Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematics.
• Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for epitaxial process (MSDS).
• Involve in key projects / SMED or A3 workshops.
• Involve in tool conversion from 6 to 8” wafer size.
• Involve in tool upgrades.
• Learn to install and reload equipment software.
• Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology.
• Complete generic Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training.
