Equipment Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer with strong knowledge in Machine Vision Systems and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to support high‑volume manufacturing operations. The role focuses on equipment stability, inspection accuracy, process capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Support and sustain production equipment with focus on vision inspection systems and measurement reliability.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain machine vision recipes, lighting setup, camera alignment, and inspection parameters.
- Perform MSA including GR&R, bias, linearity, and stability studies.
- Analyze equipment and process data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Lead equipment troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and improve OEE performance.
